Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
I have just recently started taking up the martial art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), admittedly hadn’t really researched all that well and didnt know all that much about the sport. Fortunately it is very good, it is a martial art that has adopted from the traditional Jiu-do and is mostly revolved around grappeling and submissions. For those who are unfamiliar with BJJ it would look to them like a desperate quick moving wrestling match. Unlike normal Jiu Jitsu, BJJ focuses mainly on beating the opponent on the ground, a place of high vulnerabilty.
At the moment as i said before i am at the lowest rank and it will be a while i think before i can move up the gradeings at all, i just keep on getting owned =).
