Exhibition (Production A assignment)
I have figured out that i will be using a blog site to create my first assignment piece for ‘Networked Media Production’. I have decided to use blogger to create a blog site that will be in turn created into a photography exhibition site. I deciceded to use Blogger becuase it easily accessable, easy to use and has an extensive amount of extra features that other blog sites that i looked at diffent offer.
I decided to use just a blog site instead of, say, posting pictures onto flickr and what not becuase i can create a page that has a design element that will be attractive to look at. I need the blog to look good otherwise passers by will lose interest to quickly and will not stay on the page to see what my exhibition is about.
For the exhibition i will be useing my own photographs instead of pulling images off the NET. I want to do this becuase, one i enjoy photography, two i have a bit of free time to experiment and learn and three i can create a theme within the photographs so that the page’s content can seem partially linked in content.
So at the moment i am just trying to configure the page so that it as the look appeal that i want, i will post on this page when i have started the exhibition process e.g. posting the photgraphs that way it will easier to keep track of. i will also add the URL to this page.
